These Terms govern your use of Alpha Calories. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Service
Alpha Calories provides food photo analysis, nutrition estimates, diary tools, and recommendations. Results are generated or assisted by AI and are provided for informational purposes only.
No Medical Advice
Alpha Calories is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or dietitian service. Calorie and nutrition estimates may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making medical, dietary, or weight-management decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid access is provided through Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
User Content
You are responsible for the photos, meal descriptions, and other information you submit. You must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, bypass subscription controls, interfere with the app or server, scrape data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Calories is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on app estimates or recommendations.
